How can customers process returns and refunds?

 

We highly value your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, as long as the product remains in its "original selling condition," you can enjoy our 7-day return guarantee (calculated from the receipt date, including holidays).

 

To evaluate the product's integrity and uphold your rights for exchanges or returns, please log in to mallmallme.shop, click on "My Account" at the top right corner, select "Account Management," and then go to "My Orders" to apply for a return.

 

"Original selling condition" refers to the product being:

 

  •  
  • In good packaging
  • Unused or unaltered, maintaining its condition when sold
  • Without any damage

 

Processing Returns and Refunds for Bundled Promotional Items:

 

  • It is recommended to return or keep the products together. If the number or value of promotional items is not met after returning, the retained product will revert to its original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The consumer's spending amount after returning, if it does not meet the free shipping threshold, will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the amount is insufficient for deduction, the system will reject the return.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (non-defective), the relevant shipping fees for returning the product to the warehouse will be borne by the returning party.

1. Only one return or exchange application can be made for each order.
